Hi, I'm Nancy!

I have lived in the Albuquerque area for 25 years, enjoy being of service and I believe in quality. My background includes many years working in the travel industry and also information technology.  I have a passion for horses and have owned several rescues. I am known to be very diligent and driven in all that I do.


I can assist sellers with concepts pertaining to de-cluttering, de-personalizing, staging, curb appeal, and making sure your home is ready to show.  I also diligently assist buyers by making sure their needs are met and all is in order.  I will have your back, loyalty and trustworthiness.


I hope to make your real estate experience as hassle free as possible and I have a knack for problem solving, research, and am very resourceful. I am ready to assist with your real estate needs, as well as relocation services if needed.


Primary Hours for Showings:  7am to 4pm, 7 days a week (occasionally after 4pm). I will even pick you up at work for a lunchtime showing. While you eat, I drive.
